Payment method

Payment is made through our online booking system provided by ‘Book When’. Your place will be confirmed once full payment has been made.  

Cancellation by YOU and refund procedure

If you need to cancel your block booking of sessions, you must let us know as soon as possible by writing to nicky@nurturedwithnature.co.uk.

A full refund will be given if you cancel more than 7 days before the first session in each block booking. We will confirm back to you in writing and process your refund with 7 days.

Nurtured with Nature Limited does not give refunds for individual sessions once a new block has started however, you may be able to gift your remaining session/s to a friend or relative. Please request this by writing to nicky@nurturedwithnature.co.uk. This must be no less than 24 hours prior to the next session.

We do not offer refunds or discount codes if sessions are booked by you but you do not attend.

Cancellation by US and refund procedure

We will endeavor to run sessions on all days advertised however, we may need to cancel in severe weather conditions such as thunderstorms and high winds. Your safety is our priority.

Should we need to cancel, you will be contacted as soon as we can via text message, email and notified on the Nurtured with Nature Facebook page. The weather is very unpredictable so we may need to cancel at short notice. You will be given a refund for sessions cancelled by us or offered an alternative. 

Holidays and Sickness

We cannot offer a refund for your holidays or periods of sickness. You may offer your place to a friend providing you inform nicky@nurturedwithnature.co.uk no less than 24 hours prior to the session.

Please do not attend Little Nature Tots if you or your child/ren have a serious illness or infection. 

Examples of when we ask that you keep your child at home include if they;

· Have or has had a fever in the last 24 hours

· Have or has had sickness/diarrhea in the last 48 hours prior to class

· Has heavy nasal discharge

· Has discharging eyes

· Has a symptom of possible communicable diseases including but not limited to;

· Covid-19

· Chicken pox

· Scarlet fever

· Hand, foot and mouth

· Norovirus

· Impetigo

· Whooping cough

Supervision

All children should be supervised at all times and not left unattended. The class leader cannot be responsible for a child at any time. 

Property

Please note that your property is your responsibility. The class leader cannot safeguard items left in your car, bags or prams.

Withdrawal of service

Should a carer or associated visitor behave in a way that the class leader feels in unreasonable or inappropriate then Nurtured with Nature Limited reserves the right to withdraw the provision of classes to the client. 

Health and Safety

We aim to ensure the safety and well being of all our participants. Nurtured with Nature Limited completes rigorous checks of the site and equipment to ensure that they are safe. Daily risk assessments are conducted and safety protocols followed. You have a duty of care for your own safety and those around you. When you book with us, you are agreeing to follow the safety rules and procedures as instructed by the class leader.   

Your class leader is fully Outdoor First Aid trained. All accidents will be recorded in the accident book. 

Renewals

We will ask you if you would like to renew your place for the following term and advise you how to rebook. Places remain on a first come first served basis.
